The festival is held in public spaces in the city centre of Split, Croatia, places that in the recent period have disappeared from the mental maps and everyday life of local residents. The city centre has ceased to be a place for long-term stay and has become a place for short-term and occasional stay. The idea of the festival is to enrich the space of the city. The program of the festival is a tool to bring new qualities and layers to the existing identities of the city spaces.
